When Mrs. Lizzie Armbruster, of 123 North Washington street, walked to the front gate at her home, Sunday morning at 6 o'clock, she was shocked to find the lifeless remains of her husband, Charles Armbruster, lying upon the sidewalk in front of the gate.

He spent Saturday evening in the saloon of Alexander Frost at Main and Silver streets, leaving there to go home at 10:30 o'clock. There were no marks of violence upon the body, and no evidence of foul play, and the Coroner's jury returned a verdict of death from natural causes. The deceased was a coal miner .

Mr. Armbruster was born in Prairie du Long township, south of Belleville, and is survived by his widow; two daughters:

Frieda Armbruster
Rosa Armbruster

... his aged mother, Mrs. Katherina Armbruster; and four brothers, all of Belleville:

Peter Armbruster
Conrad Armbruster
Louis Armbruster
William Armbruster

He was a member of the United Mine Workers and the Good Samaritan Benevolent Society, and these orders will have charge of the funeral, which will be held from the late home at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon to Walnut Hill Cemetery.
