ABEL L. MAES JR. Abel L. Maes Jr. 81, of La Cueva, NM passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Abel Sr. and Julianita Maes, brothers and sisters, and goddaughter, Julie Ann Maes. He is survived by his brother, Hilario Maes (Irene) of Glorieta, NM, caregiver and niece, Helen Maes, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Many thanks to staff at Casa Rael. A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 9 am followed by a mass at 10 am at St. Anthony's Church in Pecos, NM. Burial will follow immediately at the Pecos Cemetery.
