Died from Tuberculosis
I believe in the 1910 census where it states Geneva was widowed, this could have been From her husband John Anderson.
In 1910 census her children by General Elkins are listed as Anderson which is not correct. The only child she had by John Anderson was Lonnie.
Been lookin for her marriage record to Alvin Hawkins.
They had a son named Harlen.
An age old question for me is the B. intial in her name on her stone. I can't find a record of it anywhere. No one so far knows what that stands for. Ever who bought her stone knew, but Geneva has always been a mystery for me on information about her. Not much is to be found.
Names on her marriage to General Elkins is General J. Elkins & Geneva B. Wright
Married General Elkins in 1893
Children: Virgie Elkins, Vina Elkins, Lydia Elkins, Bill Elkins, Lonnie Anderson, Harlan Hawkins from Alvin Hawkins
(I seen a another child listed as Fairlie born in 1901) Not for sure about her
In the 1910 census, Lydia is age 9 living with Geneva's sister Martha Looney at Jenkins, Ky. Says she was born in 1901. Note: Fairlie could be Lydia same birth year or a mistake)
I don't have a death or any other info on her.
