MRS. BURCHFIELD DEAD
Funeral Services Sunday Afternoon at Sharon Hill Church
Mrs. Mary Jane Burchfield, 91, widow of William Burchfield, died at 6:40 a.m. today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Pete Craig, 310 Cragmont street.
A native of Switzerland county, Mrs. Burchfield came to Jefferson county as a young woman and had spent most of her life in this community. She was a member of the Christian church.
Surviving are seven children, Mrs. Allen Willie and Mrs. Craig, in this city; Addison, at Ghent, Kentucky; Leonard, living in Oregon; Russell at Deputy, and John and Frank Burchfield, of this city. She leaves also a brother, Charles at Vevay, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. fast time at Sharon Hill church and burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Craig residence.
