Daughter of George H. and Margaret Ellen Dunn Galbreath (Galbraith?), she was married, lived at 812 Buffalo St, Franklin, died in the Franklin Hospital where she had been 14 days of a cerebral thrombosis and cancer of the pancreas, per death certificate 19589, whose informant was Mildred S. Dunn of Marienville, PA. Buried Mar 2 1953.

Mrs. Mary Jane Adams, 73, of 812 Buffalo Street, died in Franklin Hospital, where she'd been 10 days, shortly before noon Friday. She had been ill since last October. She was born Nov. 4, 1879 in Venango County, daughter of George H. and Margaret E. Dunn Galbraith.

She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Franklin, the WSCS, and a Sunday School class there.

She first married Harry N. Stewart who died in 1909. On October 29, 1919, she married Frank R. Adams, who survives, with a daughter, Mrs. Arthur R. Dunn of Marienville; two grandchildren, J. Stewart Dunn and Arthur R. Dunn Jr.; two sisters, Mrs. W. E. Beggs of Franklin, and Mrs. Anna McFarland of Canal Township; a step-son, Wayne, serving in the Merchant Marines; and a step-grandson, James of Franklin RD.

Services will be at 2 pm Monday in Burger Funeral Home with her pastor, Rev. H. L. Knappenberger, officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
