Mrs. Anna Gray Noe, of Monroe, Louisiana, was the wife of Governor James Albert Noe, Sr. She was First Lady in 1936, when he was Govenor of Louisiana. They were the parents of a son, James Albert Noe, Jr. and two daughters, Anna Gray (Gay) Noe McLendon and Linda M. Rae Noe Laine. Mr. and Mrs. Noe were owners of KNOE-TV (Channel 8) in Monroe, LA.
