Dorothy Lillian Lewis, 86, of Vanceburg, died Monday, September 29, 2003, at Scioto Memorial Hospital in Portsmouth, OH., following an extended illness.
Born April 13, 1917, in Otway, OH., she was a daughter of the late Reston and Bessie Newman Mustard.
She was retired from US Shoe Corp. and was a member of Black Oak Christian Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 1, 2003, at Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg, Ky., with Rev. Ken Cornette officiating. Burial will be in Black Oak Cemetery.
