Dora Maxine, age 79, of Jones, OK, passed away September 20, 2006 at her home. She was born November 18, 1926 to Will and Hattie (Morse) Whisenhunt at Garvin, Oklahoma. She is a member of the First Assembly of God in Jones, OK. Dora retired from Macklanburg- Duncan in 1989 after 37 = years of service. She loved the outdoors including hunting, fishing and camping, working in her garden and flower gardens. Most of all, she loved her family and the time she spent with them. The perfect woman, wife / mother. She is preceded in death by her parents, one grand-daughter, two sisters, and three brothers. Dora is survived by her husband, Jerome of the home; one son Tim Williams and wife, Rebecca of Dustin, OK, two daughters: Pat Abbott and husband Roger of Jones, OK and Kay Cothran and husband, Larry of Jones, OK; eight grand-children; fourteen great-grand-children, one great-great-grand-daughter; one sister, Dorothy Otwell of Idabel, OK, and many other family members. The funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 23, 2006 at the First Assembly of God in Jones with interment to follow at Jones IOOF Cemetery in Jones, OK.
