She is survived by her children, Sandra Macko, Roger Curtis, Michael Curtis, and Robert Curtis, her siblings, Michael Kuzma Jr., Anna Marie Zurbriggen, and Marge Worhle, 13 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her siblings, Mary Mateja, Joseph Kuzma, Bernard Kuzma, and John Kuzma.
Funeral services were held at M.C. Smith Funeral Home. Interment was in Bass Lake Cemetery.
