Lillian K. Holton, 96, formerly of Wanamie and Claymont, Del., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016, in Wilmington, Del.

Born in Wanamie on Oct. 2, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Katherine (Siarkowicz) Gorczyca.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Holton; sisters, Theodosia Ostrowski and Genevieve Kovalic; and brother, Stanley Gorczyca.

Surviving are her sister, Helen Zaroda; nieces, Pamela Yocum, Elaine Titus, Donna Ostrowski and Anita Ogin; nephews, Gene Ostrowski, David Kovalic and their spouses, and many second- and third-generation nieces and nephews; and a stepdaughter, Lyn Latham.

Family and friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at George A. Strish Inc. Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., Glen Lyon. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. in Holy Spirit Parish/St. Adalbert's Church, with the Rev. Louis Kaminski officiating. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Glen Lyon.
