She was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a devoted Christian who was saved and baptized at Albert Street Baptist Church in Lima, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Mossie Hunter; siblings: Gladys, Rosa, Anna, and Junior.
Beulah leaves behind her husband of 55 years, Ray E. Neeley; children: Ray (Dewayne) Neeley, Darryl Neeley, Dorenda Gosa, Deleasa Neeley, and Starla Hensley. Grandchildren: Eric, Mandy, Christina, Kayla, Johnathan, Aj, Angela, Jasmine, and Miranda. Great-grandchildren: Cheyenne, Reece, Brianna, Brentlee, Kaylie, Jaiden, Xander, and Jaxyn. Sister: Ethel.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Mayes Family Services, Downtown Chapel of Morristown. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with Rev. Travis Bowden officiating. Graveside services will be later that evening beginning at 5 p.m. at Dalton Cemetery in Bean Station.
