Arlo was born April 25, 1924, the son of George and Helen (Davis) Pelley.
He served in the US Navy for three years during World War II.
Arlo worked at Collins Radio until he retired.
Survivors include his wife of 66 ½ years, Arlene; daughter, Barbara (Collin) Aarhus; son, Arlo Pelley, Jr.; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; three sisters; a son and a daughter; and a grandson, David. Services will be private.
