Frederick M. Kinney Born May 3, 1921 in Iowa and entered into rest Oct. 3, 2005 in Sunnyvale. He owned his own business in Ogallala, NE before moving to Calif and joining Varian in Palo Alto where he was a senior scientist for 10 years. Following retirement he worked for Premier Microwave in New York.

Sorely missed by his wife Marilyn B. Kinney. He is dearly missed by his sons William C., Donald R. (Rae Anne, grandchildren Derek and Jaclyn) and daughter Lu Ann (Frank) Kinney McLain. Also missed by Marilyn's children who became Fred's second family; Karen Braemer Allison (granddaughters Laura & Katherine), Craig E. (Karen and grandson Cody) Braemer, and Douglas A. Braemer. Services were held at Skylawn Memorial Park, San Mateo. Published in San Jose Mercury News on Oct. 13, 2005.
