Willie V. Apodaca Sr. passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the age of 80.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents, José Lucas and Aurora Apodaca and granddaughters, Tiffany Apodaca and Brandy Pérez.
Willie is survived by his wife of 55 years, Christina Apodaca, a son, Willie Apodaca Jr. and his wife, Catana, three daughters, Ruthie Apodaca, Dora Hall and her husband, Adelbert III and Cindy Estrada and her husband, Charlie, one sister, Magdalena García, 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Willie's Life Celebration will begin with a Rosary on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St. SW. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Encino, NM.
