AUNKST.--Bruce A. Aunkst, age 32, of Hyde, a former resident of Johnsonburg, died Friday afternoon at the Clearfield Hospital following a short illness. He was born Feb. 9, 1943, in Johnsonburg, the son of Bruce and Audrey Klase Aunkst. He was employed at the Clearfield Hospital as an anesthetist. In 1971, Mr. Aunkst married the former Shirley Nedza of DuBois, who survives. Also surviving are his mother in Johnsonburg; a son, Allan Aunkst of Wilcox; a brother, Clayton of St. Marys; and his grandmother, Mrs. Ruth Klase of Johnsonburg. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at the Ubel Funeral Home where a service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday by the Rev. William Mock, of the United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Wardvale Cemetery in Johnsonburg.
