Willard Kilpatrick, 77, former resident of Elm Springs, died November 13 in a hospital at Conway, Arkansas. He was born March 16, 1898, in Ducktown, Tennessee, and moved with his parents to Chimes, Arkansas in 1903. He was a member of the Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ethel Kilpatrick of the home; Six sons, Emil Kilpatrick, Joe Kilpatrick, and Ted Kilpatrick, Springdale, Arkansas, Jack Kilpatrick, Sacramento, California, M.L. Kilpatrick, Little Rock, Arkansas, Bill Kilpatrick, Huntsville, Arkansas; Mrs. Clarence Stripling, Clinton, Arkansas; Mrs. Anita Magruder and Mrs. Juanita Kilpatrick both of Springdale, Arkansas; three sisters Mrs. Eva Allison, Hector, Arkansas, Mrs. Mittie Ennis, Elm Springs, Arkansas, and Mrs. Elsie George, Springfield, Missouri; nineteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were under direction of Shinn Funeral Home of Russellville. Funeral services were held in Conway on Saturday.
