Janice R. (Rice) Willingham Barker, 75, died on February 13, 2016 at Clay County Hospital. She was born in Clay County, Alabama, on March 11, 1940, the daughter of Charlie and Ida May Rice. She was a member of Rocky Branch Baptist Church and worked as a seamstress. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Charlie Willingham; and her second husband, Jerrell Barker. She is survived by three stepsons, three brothers, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral: 2:00 p.m. February 18, 2016 at Benefield Funeral Home.
