Fred W. Wendling, local bricklayer, died this morning, at 9 o'clock, at the residence of his brother, Clarence, 921 Keene street, NE, after a lingering illness.

He was a resident of Massillon many years and was a member of B. & M. I. U., No. 50.

His widow, Mrs. Ada Wendling, of Rosemont; two sons, Albert Wendling, of Charleston, W. Va., and Edward Wendling, of Chicago; a daughter, Mrs. Florence Leeman, of Chicago, and three brothers, Clarence, Herbert and Frank Wendling, all of Massillon.

The funeral will be held Monday afternoon, at 3 o'clock, and interment will be made in the Massillon cemetery.
