Joseph Michael Gulla, 76, of Southeastern Veterans' Center, Spring City, PA, formerly of Birdsboro and Amity Twp., died February 14, 2016 at the Southeastern Veterans' Center.

Born in Coaldale, Schuylkill County, PA, he was the son of late Paul Stephen Gulla and Margaret (Lawrence) Gulla.

Joseph was the widower of Mary Ann (McHugh) Gulla, who died April 23, 1999.

He had been employed at the former Doehler Jarvis, Stowe, PA.

He is survived by 1 son, Michael Joseph Gulla and his wife, AmyBeth, of Birdsboro; 1 daughter, Patricia Ann, wife of Robert G. Painter Jr., of Bechtelsville; 2 brothers, Paul Gulla of South Mountain, Fayetteville, PA, and Larry Gulla of Ocean City, Maryland; 2 grandchildren, Aaron and Wyatt; and 1 great-grandson, Tucker.

He was predeceased by a brother, Eugene Gulla.

A Memorial service will be held February 18, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception RC Church, 905 Chestnut St., Douglassville (Union Twp.), PA. Inurnment in Immaculate Conception RC Church Cemetery.
