UNION - Vandalia Alman LeMaster, 82, of 100 James St. died Oct. 24, 2001, at Wallace Thomson Hospital after an extended illness.

A native of Union, she was the widow of Arthur Eugene LeMaster and daughter of the late James B. Sr. and Lula Joines Alman.

She was a member of Westside Baptist Church and was a retired textile employee.

Survivors include two sisters, Norma A. Nash of Pensacola, Fla., Wilma A. LeMaster of Union; a brother, James B. Alman Jr. of Union; and a nephew reared in the home, Jimmy Alman of Delaware.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Westside Baptist Church, conducted by Drs. Ken Snead and Trenton Connelly. Burial will be in Rosemont Cemetery.

The family is at the home.
