AUDREE DRUEN Obituary
AUDREE DRUEN Audree Harriet Peterson Druen, 87, passed away Nov. 14, 2015, with her husband, Dan, by her side.
She traveled the world with her fighter pilot husband, doing her part for her country in a capacity few people recognize as valuable, an Air Force wife.
She embodied everything good about our country, delivering the best form of detente to one dignitary at a time.
She allowed everyone to like America a little bit more, due to her grace, style and charming demeanor.
Along the way, she also managed to raise happy children and create a home wherever the Air Force sent her family.
Audree is survived by her loving husband, of 61 years,
Dan;
her son,
Rad Druen and his wife, Cheryl;
her daughter,
Ann Pashak and her husband, Mike;
her amazing grandchildren,
Wyatt Pashak
and Chad Druen Miller of Fredericksburg, Texas and his wife, Megan;
and her nephew,
Jim Anderson of Salt Lake City, and his wife Sharon.
Memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, at Palm Mortuary-S. Jones, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
A reception will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Air Warrior Courage Foundation.
The family asks all that knew Audree to hold her in their hearts.
