FUNERAL RITES FOR EXPLOSION VICTIM HELD
Funeral services for Lena Louise Bond, were held yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the United Brethren Church at Hardesty. The girl died from injuries received in an explosion in the Bond home Monday night.

The funeral sermon was brought by Rev. Harold R. Young, United Brethren pastor, who used as his text, Matthew 19:14 and spoke on the subject of "Asleep in Jesus," "Farther Along," and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus" were sung.....
Interment was in the Hardestsy Cemetery with Moore's Mortuary in charge.
OBITUARY
Lena Louise Bond, better know as Cricket, was born at Pauls Valley, Okla., on October 23, 1925.

She is survived by her parents, Mr and Mrs. E. B. Bond; one brother, Junior; and one sister, Jo Nell Bond; grand parents are Mr. and Mrs R. L. Bond and Rev. and Mrs. M. P. Hobson.

The precious soul was transferred from the earthly to the heavenly home March 11, 1941.
