Mrs. A H Rowe, a pioneer resident of Ennis, died at her home there Sunday night at 9 o'clock. Mrs Rowe was stricken Saturday, but her condition was not considered serious until about 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday. Mrs Rowe was a member of the old Cumberland Presbyterian church, and when that church united with the Presbyterian church, U.S.A., she joined the Methodist church in Ennis. Six children survive her, five daughters and one son. They are Mrs Robert Lewis, Misses Minnie, Genie, Willia May, all of Ennis, Mrs Harry Courtney of Lenoir, NC and Jack Rowe of Brownsville.

The funeral will take place sometime tomorrow in Ennis. Mrs G. H. Alderman and Miss Henry Alderman, relatives of Mrs Rowe went to Ennis on the news of her death, and will stay for the funeral. Miss Rosa Alderman will attend the funeral also.
