He married his 2nd wife, Altamiah Sophia Billingsley 21 July 1907, Thatcher, Graham Co., Arizona; they had one child: Elijah Randolph Russell, b. 9 Oct. 1909, Thatcher, Graham Co., AZ; d. 20 Feb. 1971.
