Ola Maxyne Wolf, 87, of Orrick, MO died Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Excelsior Springs Medical Center in Excelsior Springs, MO.

Maxyne was born on March 7, 1928 in Marceline, MO to Oley Green and Zelma (Higginbothem) Noah. She married Emmett Wolf of Bosworth, MO on April 1, 1945. He preceded her in death on February 5, 2007.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Carolyn Wolf of Henrietta, MO; two daughters and one son-in-law, Clara and Doug Luman of Stockton, MO and Mary Lou Pacheco of Richmond; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Virginia and Marvin Bailey of Independence, MO and Mary Ann Still of Gilroy, CA; 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren also survive.

In addition to her parents and husband, Maxyne was preceded in death by three sisters, Helen Kirby, Anna Cady and Bonnie Sharkey.

Maxyne was a homemaker. She loved her family dearly. She loved to quilt and sew. Maxyne also loved her flowers. She was of the Baptist faith. She lived in the Orrick area most of her life.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made the Excelsior Springs Hospital.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Burial will be in the Craven’s Cemetery near Camden, MO.
