Patricia Aloise Galbraith Vincent, age 91, of Applegate, died Monday February 1, 2016 at Autumnwood of Deckerville.

She was born on November 29, 1924 on Galbraith Line, Croswell, daughter of the late Alfred and Bernice (Moran) Galbraith. She married Garth A. Vincent on June 22, 1946 in Croswell. He preceded her in death on June 14, 1991.

Pat was a member of the Applegate United Methodist Church. She was an avid bowler and loved her sports, from baseball to basketball, track and hockey.

She is survived by a daughter and son in law Pamela and Michael Uhring of Applegate and a son and daughter in law Greg and Cheryl Vincent of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren, Patrick V. Rennie, Shelly (Wayne) McCarty, Sherrie Schwartz, Tara (Eric) Brown, Chad Vincent,and Megan Vincent; 6 great grandchildren Trenton and Morgan McCarty, Samantha and Kolton Rennie, Mason and Levi Brown. She is also survived by 2 sisters Shirley (Stanley) Jackman and Joann (Duane) Hilliker; 2 brothers Jim (Ruth) Galbraith and William (Donna) Galbraith; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Joseph, Mark, Howard and Ken Galbraith and a sister Alice Deevey.

Visitation will be from 1-9 on Wednesday at the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Croswell. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday at the Applegate United Methodist Church, with visiting at the church form 10-11 on Thursday. Rev. Nick Genoff will officiate. Interment will be in the Washington Cemetery in the spring.
