"Richard Bland himself died at Beeston-Hall, on the 20th of November, 1692, having been Lord of the Manor of Beeston for more than 20 years. Jane, his widow, died also at Beeston-Hall, on the 19th of Nov, 1694, in the Seventieth year of her age."
