JOHN H. ROUTZAHN, well-known retired farmer, residing three miles west of Middletown, died Saturday afternoon after a long illness, 78 years of age. He was a son of the late Eli and Mary Routzahn, both natives of Middletown valley and retired from farming about 10 years ago.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Eleanor Routzahn, he is survived by three sons, Wilbur Routzahn, Baltimore; Theodore Routzahn, near Middletown; and John Henry Routzahn, at home; and three daughters, Mrs. Stella Rudy, Braddock; Mrs. Blanche Shafer and Mrs. Lottie Young, near Middletown.
Funeral services were at his late home; interment in the Reformed cemetery, Middletown; C.T.K. Gladhill was the funeral director.
