One of the early residents of Wetaskiwin, in the person of Elinor Caroline, relict of the late A.E. Gayfer, druggist, passed away at her home in the Daysland district on Tuesday morning, at the age of fifty-nine years. The remains were brought to Wetaskiwin Tuesday afternoon and laid away in the family plot in the Wetaskiwin cemetery. She leaves to mourn her loss a family of one daughter and two sons, namely, Mrs. Duitman, of Ann Harbor, Mich., and Morris and John of the district of Daysland.
