She was born October 4, 1931 in Clifton Forge, Va. the daughter of the late Filmore and Maxine Deal Binion. She was a retired music teacher having taught last in the Huntingtion East High School, she was a member of the Retired teachers association and a member of the alpha chi omega Society- a lifetime member, she attended the Russell Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by, her husband, Dalls Pickard, Jr.
Surviving are: Two Sons, Neal Polin of Ashland, Ky. and William Polin of San Francisco, Calif., Daughter, Diane Pickard and son in law Ted Hall of Prestonsburg, Ky. Niece, Thea Sommers, Nephews, Mark and Wade Thompson, Grandchild, Zachary Mitchell.
