There passed away in the Community Hospital on Friday, Jarvis B. Grant, old timer of the Westaskiwin district, at the age of seventy-nine years.

Deceased came to Alberta thirty year ago, and settled on a farm in the Wetaskiwin district. His wife predeceased him about two years ago, and he leaves to mourn his loss, one son and two daughters, and one brother, Hudson Grant, of Wetaskiwin district, and a large number of friends and acquaintances.
