FRANCES KRATZ - Frances Eleanor Kratz of 8819 Thorold Stone Rd, Niagara Falls, died at Niagara-On-The-Lake General Hospital on November 14, 1983 (Monday). Born in Black Creek June 22, 1919 she was a homemaker and had resided here since 1976. She previously resided in Black Creek until 1957 and in Chippawa and Virgil afterwards. She is survived by her husband, Albion, a son Kenneth of Niagara Falls, Welland Co., ON; Two daughters, Arlene (Mrs. Raymond Truesdale) of Niagara Falls, NY and Elizabeth (Mrs. Christos Kountouris) of Kitchener and a brother Robert Campbell of Black Creek. The Rev. John Parker officiated funeral services in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. Interment was in St. John's Ridgemount Cemetery
