Mrs. Georgie Lee Edmonds, who lived in Wickenburg a short time with her daughter, Mrs. Jessie Lee Towns, died in a Phoenix hospital January 12. Services were conducted by the Rev. Bert Follmar of the Calvary Baptist Church here and burial was January 16 in the Greenwood Cemetery in Phoenix.
Mrs. Edmonds came to Phoenix 25 years ago from Leavenworth, Kan. She would have been 85 years old March 19.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Towns of Wickenburg and Mrs. Lottie Marie Jones of La Mesa, Calif., a son Ed Bagwell of Phoenix, and a brother Forrest Looney of Weleetka, Okla. Ten grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren also survive.
