MONROE - Dr. Wilbur F. Tyler, 55, a Prophetstown, Illinois, dentist, died in Prophetstown Monday. He was the son of Mrs. Elsie Tyler, Monroe.
Mr. Tyler was a graduate of Monroe High School and a past member of the Monroe Masonic lodge. He received his 33rd degree in 1947 from the Prophetstown Masonic lodge.
Mr. Tyler is also survived by his wife, Mildred, and two daughters, Nancy and Catherine, all of Prophetstown; and a sister Mrs. Otto Lanz, Monroe.
