Willie Edward "Billy" Bowser, 74, was born October 12, 1941 in Baldwin, Louisiana. He made the transition from labor to peaceful rest on (Friday) January 8, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice Jones and Robert Bowser, Sr.; step-father, Matthew Colbert; and his loving wife of 42 years, Gloria Bowers.
He is survived by his brother, Robert Bowser, Jr.; his sister, Lillie Mary Sterling and faithful fiance' and partner, Gail Dupree.
Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. both services will be held at New Spirit of Life Missionary Baptist Church, 7300 Nordling Rd., Houston, Texas. Interment will follow in Houston Memorial Gardens.
