KNAPP – Barbara A. (Geiser), 79, Johnstown, passed away April 22, 2014, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Dec. 18, 1934, in Johnstown, daughter of Leo J. and Elizabeth A. (Rosage) Geiser. Preceded in death by parents; husband, John "Jack" Knapp, who died Feb. 3, 1993; son John L. Knapp, who died Sept. 3, 2013; and brother, Cletus Furry. Survived by loving children, Anna Marie (David) Howell, Falls Church, Va.; Kenneth P. (Kathleen) Knapp, Lancaster, Pa.; Loretta J. Knapp, Johnstown; Barbara A. (Ronald) Flowers, Mineral Point; Paul L. Knapp, Virginia Beach, Va.; and Tammy D. (Michael) Mueller, Camp Hill, Pa.; and daughter-in-law, Janet (Esposito), Johnstown. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Sister of Vincent Geiser, Ocala, Fla.; Joseph Geiser, Palm Coast, Fla.; and Raymond Geiser, Southport, N.C. Barbara was a resident of the Presbyterian Home of Johnstown, where she was lovingly cared for. She was a longtime active member of St. Columba Catholic Church and ladies guild. Member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, where funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Andrew Stanko. Interment, Benshoff Hill Cemetery.
