Lillian May (Osterman) Galati, age 67 of Stratford and formerly Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 18, 2016 in her home with her loving family by her side. Lillian had succumbed to her short battle with cancer. Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Michael Osterman and Martha Galpin. She was a graduate of Harding High School and a retired quality control inspector for GE in Bridgeport. She is survived by her three daughters, Antoinette Sanchez and husband David of Stratford, Martha Galati of Stratford, and Veronica Galati and partner Angelo Roma of Bridgeport. She leaves behind four grandchildren, Tatiana, Christopher, Anthony and Gingerlily, and also her husband Giuseppe Galati of Bridgeport. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your local animal shelter. Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 9:00 AM in the Parente-Lauro Funeral Home, 559 Washington Ave., Bridgeport with a Service at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
