Frances died circa 1875.

Frances was married (firstly) in May 1829, at Batavia, Clermont County, Ohio, to Hardin Ninian Riley, the son of John Wright Riley and Sarah Elsberry.

She was married (secondly) on December 10, 1848, in Buchanan County, Missouri, to Henderson F. George (born in 1827, in Kentucky, died pre-1860).

Hardin Riley was born in 1809, in Clark County, Kentucky. He is thought to have died in 1845, in Missouri, but there is a Hardin Riley listed in the 1855-1858 Kansas Voter Census and Registration Records as living in Leavenworth and Doniphan Counties, and in the 1860 Federal Census for Kansas Territory as living in Arapahoe County. If Hardin did die around 1845 it probably occurred in Buchanan County, where the family moved to, and he is probably buried with his parents in the Halleck Cemetery.

Hardin is listed in the 1830 and 1840 Federal Censuses for Missouri as living in Boone County, Columbia Township. On September 1, 1838 he purchased 40 acres of land in Callaway County, Missouri.

Henderson is listed in the 1850 Federal Census for Missouri as living in Clinton County, being a farmer.

Frances is listed in the 1860 and 1870 Federal Censuses for Missouri as living in Harrison County, Madison Township, Town of Cainsville, and being a hotel keeper.
