Alma E. Fiting, 83, of Gladwin, Michigan passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 1, 2015.
She was born in Saginaw, Michigan on February 9, 1932, the daughter of John & Florence (Simmet) Faber. On May 12, 1946 she married Fred O. Klemish, who predeceased her in 1965. She then married Elmer G. Fiting on June 5, 1967, and he predeceased her in 2001. On January 12, 2011, she married Willard J. Webb in Gladwin County, and predeceased her in 2012.
Alma was employed as a bus assistant, working for Saginaw Intermediate Schools until her retirement. She had lived in Gladwin County for the last 12 years, previously residing in Hemlock, Michigan.
Her memory will be cherished by her 11 children: Diane (Don) Lee of Hemlock; Larry Klemish of Hemlock; Donna (James) Clark of Alma; Darlene (Paul) Rinz of Brant; Linda (Gene) Parker of Chesaning; David (Betty) Fiting of Hemlock; Michael (Alice) Klemish of Midland; Dennis Fiting of Seney; Donna “D.J.” (Bob) Mikolajski of Saginaw; Denise Fiting of Breckenridge; Eric Klemish of Saginaw. Her children blessed her with 31 beautiful grandchildren; 63 wonderful great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and 3 husbands.
Funeral Services will be conducted by Pastor James Krach on Monday, October 5, 2015, 11:00 A.M. with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Gladwin, Michigan. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 4, 2015 from 2-8:00 P.M. at Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home, Gladwin, Michigan. She will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery, Gladwin, Michigan.
