Willie Marie Gansline, 86, passed at Carmel Care Center, Carmel, Indiana, following a battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was born February 28, 1922 in Rome, Georgia, the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Baldwin) Freeman.

She resided in Springfield from 1945 until 2003 and for a time worked downtown at Wren's department store as a sales associate.

Survivors included her daughter and son-in-law, Diane (Tom) Faust of Carmel, Indiana; son, Mike Gansline of Springfield; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Annette Clary of Rome, Georgia and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold A. Gansline in 1982; three brothers, Elmer, John and Frank Freeman and four sisters, Thurma Gardner, Mary Munton, Lilla Mae Peters and Farris Looney.

Willie will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

The family was served by CONROY FUNERAL HOME.

Burial: Calvary Cemetery, Springfield, Ohio.
