Ruth E. Throne
Mrs. Ruth E. Throne, 80, of 565 Valley Drive died yesterday.
She was born in Jordan and resided in Cleveland, N.Y., prior to moving to Syracuse.
Mrs. Throne was the widow of Walter M. Throne and she was a member of the Delaware Street Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Raymond E. and Frank N. Throne; two daughters, Mrs. Ruth E. Cox and Mrs. Leo Needham; a sister, Mrs. Willis DeLong of Chunky, Miss.; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, all of Syracuse.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Fairchild and Meech Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. James E. Durham officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Warners.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
