Constant Funeral at Illiopolis
The funeral services for Lyman Constant, who died December 29 at Belgrade, Mont was held at the Methodist church in Illiopolis Tuesday afternoon at 1 o’clock. Rev. H. M. Derby, assisted by Rev. S. B. Scalock, officiated.
Mr. Constant was born in Illiopolis July 16, 1862 and died at Belgrade Dec. 29, 1915 at the age of 33 years, 5 months and 14 days. He was a graduate of the University of Illinois, also of a business college in Chicago. He lost his health while working in a bank in Chicago and three years ago went to Montana in hopes of regaining it. He is survived by Mrs. Mattie Norred of Piggot, Ark, Mrs. Mayme Bridges of Stonington, Mrs. Lee Kline of Illiopolis. Luther Constant of Belgrade, Mont., and Harry Constant and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Constant of Illiopolis.
