Unmarked grave, buried next to Alice Fawbush John Jacob "Jake" Fawbush was the son of Jurial Fawbush and Mary (Nelson) Fawbush. He married Alice Shelton on December 25, 1900 in Logan County, Oklahoma. Jake and Alice were out for a drive on their 29th wedding anniversary in 1929, on Christmas Day, when the car they were driving in was in an accident. Jake died at around midnight that evening.
