Janet “Mike” A. Bouzard, 87, of Ladysmith, passed peacefully at Ladysmith Care and Rehabilitation Center on Thursday, Jan. 7th, 2016, surrounded by family.
Janet was born on Dec. 22nd, 1928 in Ladysmith to Sam and Cloe Woodard. She was raised in Ladysmith where she met her husband, Rodgers Bouzard. The two were married at the Church of Christ on June 25th, 1948.
Janet enjoyed watching the Brewers and the Packers, and spending time with her family. She also loved to travel and play Bingo, and was always quick with a joke.
Janet retired from Rusk County Memorial Hospital and went on to work with her husband at Allen Bradley.
She is survived by her children, Gayle (Bob) Schuch, of Bruce; Lynda Persico of Jefferson; Gregory (Kathy) Bouzard, of Oconomowoc; Kari (Mike) Ryan, of Eau Claire; and Don (Sue) Bouzard of Hudson; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Joan Pearson and Marilyn Krisik; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Janet is proceeded in death by her husband, Rodgers; grandson, Joshua Bouzard; sisters, Doris Joles, Jean Kapp, Joyce Canfield, and Patricia Woodard; and brother, Don Woodard.
