Everett Towle Sr. Fort Fairfield 81. Died at his Fort Fairfield residence 10-14-1990, after a long illness. He was born in Fort Fairfield 10-5-1909 the son of Hiram and Kate (Everett) Towle. He was a lifelong resident of Fort Fairfield, where he graduated from FFHS, Class of 1927. He was a potato farmer for many yrs. and a rural route carrier for the US Postal Service. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mavis (Ladner) Towle of Fort Fairfield, 7 daughters, Mrs. Terrence (Carleen) Coffin Sr. of Hampden, Mrs. Robert (Jacqueline) Anderson of Webster, NY., Mrs. Gordon (Patricia) McCue of Cape Elizabeth, Mary Levasseur of South Portland, Mrs. Steven (Christina) Fuller of Sterling, MA., Mrs. Timothy (Susan) Oldenburg of Chelsea and Kathryn Towle, 1 son, Everett Jr., both of Fort Fairfield, 3 sisters, Mrs. H.C. (Mary) Kimball of Fort Fairfield, Mrs. Stetson (Clara) Hussey of Mars Hill and Mrs. Harold (Kathryn) Kinney of Easton, 4 brothers, Charles of Shelburne, VT., Arthur of Cape Coral, FLA., John of Urvana, Ohio and Hiram of Fort Fairfield, 20 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Molly (Thompson) Towle, 1 daughter, Nancy Haines. 2 sisters, Helen Bubar and Ruth Smith and 1 brother, Donald. Burial Riverside cemetery.
