She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Edwards and Mavis Roberta Brunt-Edwards.
Audrey is survived by her husband, John W. "Jake" Rich, Sr. to whom she was married on May 11, 1957; two sons, John Rich, Jr. of Ivan, Christopher Rich (Angie) of Fordyce; daughter, Gayle Rich of Jessieville; brother, Jack Prewitt (Margaret) of Fordyce; two grandchildren, Jessica M. Rich of Fordyce and Ashley Keeton of Fordyce.
