Lorraine Spencer, 82, of South Shore, Ky., passed away January 9, 2016, in Oakmont Manor Nursing and Rehab Center in Flatwoods, Kentucky.
She was born March 11, 1933, in Greenup County, Ky., a daughter of the late Leslie C. Earwood and Jessie Rice Earwood.
She was a member of Allen Chapel Church of Christ, South Shore, Kentucky.
Preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Spencer, March 7, 1997, one daughter, Brenda Spencer, six brothers, Ralph Earwood, Ray Earwood, Forrest Earwood, Clyde Earwood, Wallace Earwood and Robert Earwood, two sisters, Florence Brown and Valerie Earwood.
Surviving are two daughters, Pamela Garvin of Greenup, Kentucky, Kimberly (Darrell) Scott of Flatwoods, Ky., grandchildren, Christina Huff, Aubrey Daniels, Katie Murray, Sarah Scott, great-grandchildren, Garren Huff, Kelsey Huff, Emma Daniels, Gunner Daniels and Hunter Murray.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Ky., with Jimmy Hughes, Minister, officiating. Burial will follow in Brickunion Cemetery, Greenup, Kentucky.
