Rosa Buchanan, wife of Charles Goldsborough (1845-1923), was the daughter of Admiral Franklin Buchanan who served in the Confederate Navy and commanded the CSS Virginia (formerly the USS Merrimack). Her grave lies next to husband Charles in the NE corner of the Ashby-Goldsborough Family Cemetery.
