The report of the division of the lands of Henry Grimes, deceased, is filed this term confirmed by the court and ordered to be registered and is as follows,
No. 5 is assigned and appropriated George Grimes no severatly being the house lot of the old place bounded as follows viz. beginning at a stone in the road Mr. Sower-corner thence North nineteen chains and sixty five links to a hickory Sowers corner thence west eight chains and seventy nine links to a stone thence North eleven chains and fifty links to a stone Sowers corner thence South 84 degrees east thirteen chains and seventy one links to a stone Pickets corner thence North two chains and fifty links to a stone on Pickets line thence East fifty two chains and fifty five links to a stone on Crotts line thence south forty two chains and forty links to a black oak meeting house corner, thence west thirty seven chains and twenty five links to a post oak Churta (?) Levengoods corner thence north nine chains to a black oak Levengoods corner thence west to the beginning containing 232 8/10 acres, also a meadow lot beginning at a white oak thence east four chains to a stone Thomason's Corner thence south 57 degrees east eight chains and seventeen links to a stone on Thomasons line thence south 35 degrees west nineteen chains and eight six links to a stone Links corner thence north twenty one chains and seventeen links to the beginning containing 12 9/10 acres valued at $735.
