Leona and her husband, J.W., owned and operated R.B. Venetian Blind Co. in Arlington for 23 years. She was a lifelong Christian and member of the Baptist church, and a 50-year member of the Eastern Star. She was devoted to her friends and family.
Leona was preceded in death by her mother and father, Duncan and Elvira Westbrook; husband, J.W. Rascoe; sons, Johnny and Danny Rascoe; brothers, Roscoe and Damon Westbrook.
Survivors: Her granddaughter, Monek' Smith and her husband, Harlan; great-grandson, Slade Smith; sister, Martha Ames; sister-in-law, Betty Dunn; numerous nieces and nephews and family, including Becky Ames, Kim Williamson, Tamara Westbrook and Randy Ames; and a host of loving friends.
